B3K Digital Rental Times
Full Day
Based on a 24 hour period with equipment returned within 24hrs of pick-up OR
equipment pick-up Friday afternoon and returned Monday morning.
1 Week
Based on a 3 day or 4 day charge depending on the equipment.
Failure to Return On Time
If you do not return the rental equipment on the scheduled date/time and/or fail to
contact B3K to let us know you will be late returning the rental equipment, you
will be charged for the additional time the equipment is out.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the scheduled pick-up
date/time. Failure to communicate will result in a Full Day Charge.
No Show
If you reserve equipment and fail to pick it up you will be charged the full rental
rate on the rental contract.
Short Form Terms and Conditions
1. You rent it, You owe us money
2. You rent it and break it, we fix it, You owe us money
3. You rent it and break it, we can’t fix it, You owe us money
4. You rent it and lose it, You owe us money
5. You rent it and it’s stolen, You owe us money
Repairs
We are an authorized repair depot for the following: Phase One, Mamiya Leaf, Hensel, Broncolor, Arca Swiss, Cambo and more.
